Team Building & Team Activities
We had to enlarge this section to include activities which were not truly team building activities in the strictest sense:
Team building activities motivate people to work together towards a common goal, dealing with the team's strengths, and weaknesses. So these are not supposed to be competitions, but are to foster a spirit of collaboration to reach common goal!
Team Activities are shared experiences - usually offsite - often outside the participant's comfort zone and skillset - but shared experiences where the group are all subject to the same conditions. And a little friendly competition is often added into the mix.
